摘要
采用自编问卷,对北京、湖北、安徽三省市5所大学963名大学生的宿舍人际关系现状与特征进行了调查。研究发现:大学生宿舍人际关系总体较为融洽;不同性别、不同年级、不同群体的大学生宿舍人际关系存在显著差异,其中,女生人际关系好于男生,大一和大二学生人际关系好于大三学生,担任过学生干部的大学生人际关系好于未担任过学生干部的大学生;不同家庭经济状况大学生在舍友人际认知维度上存在显著差异,富裕型家庭经济状况大学生好于贫困型家庭经济状况大学生。建议:一方面,大学生要加强自身修养;另一方面,家庭、高校和社会要形成合力,助力大学生建立融洽和谐的宿舍人际关系。
This study aims to explore the interpersonal relationship in college students’ dormitories, based on a questionnaire-based survey of 963 college students from 5 colleges and universities in Beijing City and Hubei and Anhui provinces. The results show the following: In general, the interpersonal relationship in the college students’ dormitories was harmonious;there were significant differences in the interpersonal relationship between the students with different genders, those in different academic years, and those in different groups: the girls showed a better interpersonal relationship than the boys, the freshmen and sophomores showed a better interpersonal relationship than the juniors, and those who served as student leaders showed a better interpersonal relationship than the others;and there were significant differences in the cognition of the interpersonal relationship between the students with different financial situations: those from rich families showed a better cognition of interpersonal relationship than those from poor families. The authors suggest that college students should strengthen their own self-cultivation, and that families, institutions of higher learning and the community should jointly help college students establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship in their dormitories.
