高校大型贵重仪器设备开放共享保障体系建设——以西部地区某省属重点高校为例

针对该校大型贵重仪器设备开放共享存在的问题,建立设备开放共享管理机制。通过加强制度建设、建立有偿使用机制、设立共享基金、制定奖惩措施,建立开放效益考核评价机制,建设大型贵重仪器设备开放共享信息化管理平台,构建大型贵重仪器设备开放共享保障体系。

In view of the problems existing in the opening and sharing of university large-scale precious instruments and equipment, the management mechanism of opening and sharing of instruments and equipment is established. Through strengthening the system construction, establishing the paid use mechanism, setting up the sharing fund, formulating the reward and punishment measures, building up the open benefit evaluation mechanism, and constructing the open and sharing information management platform of large-scale precious instruments and equipment, the opening and sharing guarantee system of university large-scale precious instruments and equipment has been established.
