曲轴箱油道是发动机润滑系统的主要通道,整个通道共有几十个互为相通的孔组成,任何一个孔未钻通都会导致发动机缺油而发生故障,重则烧坏整个曲轴箱、缸盖部件。因此,曲轴箱在机加工完工时,需对油道孔进行100%检验。然而,目前企业的检测手段仅仅是用铁丝探测两孔间是否相通,检验手段落后,容易漏检。而曲轴箱螺孔如果钻穿,将会导致油道和水道互通,致发动机报废。因此,需设计一套简易的装置,用设备代替手工,对油道互通、螺孔是否钻穿进行检查,确保发动机不因曲轴箱油道不通或水道油道互通导致的故障。

If the crankcase screw hole is drilled through, the oil passage and the water channel will be intercommunicated, and the engine will be scrapped. Therefore, it is necessary to design a simple device, replace the manual with the equipment, check the oil passage intercommunication, whether the screw hole is drilled or not, and ensure that the engine does not malfunction due to the crankcase oil passage or the water passage oil passage.
