摘要
压降是填料塔设计时的重要参数,压降越小,分离效果越好。运用Fluent15.0计算流体软件对变径段筒体在不同倾斜角度α及不同高度H下规整填料塔内部流场分布情况进行了数值模拟,计算结果表明,当变径段筒体倾斜角度α变大时,填料塔内部压力变化幅度较小;当倾斜角度α相同时且变径段筒体高度H变大时,填料塔内部压力变化幅度较小。研究为变径段筒体的设计提供了基础。
Pressure drop is an important parameter in the design of packed column. The smaller the pressure drop, the better the separation effect. Fluent 15.0 computational fluid software is used to simulate the internal flow field distribution of regular packed column in variable diameter section with different inclination angle and different height H. The results show that when the inclination angle of variable diameter section becomes larger, the variation of internal pressure of packed column is smaller, when the inclination angle is the same and the height H of variable diameter section becomes larger, the internal pressure of packed column is smaller. The pressure varies slightly.The research provides a basis for the design of variable diameter cylinder.
