摘要 刀盘驱动减速箱是盾构机刀盘驱动部的核心部件,是刀盘旋转切削的动力源。通过3025型刀盘驱动减速箱的设计综述,从工况特点、材料选用、齿轮参数优化、轴承选型、冷却设计等方面说明刀盘驱动减速箱设计的诸多关键点,为刀盘驱动减速箱国产化提供设计借鉴。产品经过施工现场使用,其性能完全满足盾构正常掘进需求,其国产化研发制造对提升我国盾构技术水平有着重要意义。 Cutter head drive reducer is the core component of cutter head drive part of shield machine and the power source of rotary cutting of cutter head. Through the summary of the design of 3025 cutter head drive reducer, many key points in the design of cutter head drive reducer are explained from the aspects of working condition characteristics, material selection, gear parameter optimization, bearing selection and cooling design, which can provide design reference for the localization of cutter head drive reducer. The performance of the product fully meets the normal requirements of shield tunneling after being used on the construction site. Its localized design and manufacture are of great significance to improve the technical level of shield tunneling in China.
