摘要
某发动机热试过程中采用自来水进行冷却,由于发动机内部结构复杂,热试结束后以高压吹气方式无法把内部积水完全清楚干净。为改善发动机内部积水问题,在真空度、温度及水道内残留水量关系实验的基础上,通过改善真空泵的选型、水汽过滤方式的优化以及采用新式排水方案,使发动机热试后残留水问题得到解决。
Tap water was used to cool an engine during the thermal test. Tue to the complex internal structure of the engine, it was impossible to completely clear and clean the internal accumulated water by high-pressure blowing after the thermal test. The existing experiments have verified that the accumulated water in the engine is drained by vacuum. Based on the experimental results, this paper applies the experiment to the production site to improve the problem of excessive residual accumulated water in the engine through the selection of vacuum pump, the filtration of water vapor and the confirmation of technological methods such as draining.
