钻机配油套试验装置设计与密封机理分析

摘要 配油套是全液压动力头式钻机中的重要密封元件,其密封性能直接影响钻机液压系统容积效率,实际操作中通常根据配油套的泄漏量来检测其密封性能。通过分析其密封机理,设计了配油套密封性能试验装置,该装置结构新颖、操作简便、测量范围广。通过试验分析,得到了适合钻机的配油套最小厚度比。实践证明,该装置的应用可完善配油套的检测方法,有效提高钻机液压系统容积效率。 Oil sleeve is the important potted component in hydraulic tunnel drilling rig, whose sealing performance directly affect the efficiency of drilling rig hydraulic system volume, the leakage rate of oil sleeve is usually used to test its seal performance practically. By analyzing the sealing mechanism, designed the testing device of drilling rig oil sleeve, which has the advantages of novel structure, convenient operation, wide measuring range. Through experimental analysis, obtained the suitable thickness ratio of oil sleeve. It is proved by practice that the application of the device could improve the oil distribution sets of testing methods, effectively improve the efficiency of drilling rig hydraulic system volume.
