摘要
以企业为主导的新型学徒制,要求企业作为主导部门开展学徒人才培养工作,在校企合作中不同于以往以学校为主导的情形,需要更能体现校企主体关系的合作方式来支撑深度合作效果。广西机电技师学院在焊接加工、机电一体化等专业企业新型学徒制人才培养的实践过程中探索了校企深度融合的企业新型学徒制高技能人才培养模式,对学徒制人才培养效果起良好促进作用。
The new apprenticeship system, which is dominated by enterprises, requires enterprises as the leading departments to carry out the training of apprenticeship talents, which is different from the situation of school-led cooperation in the past,need to reflect the relationship between the school and enterprise cooperation to support the effect of deep cooperation. In the process of training new apprenticeship talents in specialized enterprises such as welding processing and mechatronics, Guangxi Technician College of Machinery and Electricity has explored the training mode of new apprenticeship high-skilled talents with deep integration between college and enterprises. It plays a good role in promoting the training effect of apprenticeship talents.
