本文基于新常态下模具专业数控加工能力培养的需求,将"工匠精神"教育课融入到《模具数控技能实训》课程中,明确模具专业工匠精神的内涵,探讨如何将工匠精神融入模具数控技能实训的各个教学环节,提出策略,为制造类人才的培养补上短板,力求培养出精益求精的工匠型人才。

Based on the demand of NC processing ability training of die and mould specialty under the new normal condition, this paper integrates the education course of “craftsman spirit” into the course of “NC skill training of die and mould”, clarifies the connotation of craftsman spirit of die and mould specialty, explores how to integrate craftsman spirit into every teaching link of NC skill training of die and mould, and puts forward strategies to make up the shortcomings for the training of manufacturing talents.
