浅析分层次教学在职业院校PLC实训课程中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 受传统教学影响,职业院校大部分课程还是一刀切的教学模式,无论学生能力如何,对学生统一教学目标和教学过程。这样的教学模式没有考虑到学生个体差异,出现优秀生"吃不饱",中等生"吃不好",差生"吃不消"的情况。教与学的矛盾突出,教学质量与目标背道而驰。基于以上情况,本文主要探讨在PLC实训课进行"分层次教学"的研究。利用分层次教学来处理这些问题,教师主动找教学方法,探索分层次教学模式,改变传统的教学观念,从而让每一个学生学习到更多的知识技能,充分发挥分层次教学的作用。 Influenced by traditional teaching, most courses in vocational schools are still one-size-fits-all teaching mode, which unifies teaching objectives and teaching requirements and processes for students regardless of their learning ability. This teaching mode does not take into account the individual differences of students, resulting in “ insufficient food” for excellent students,“ poor food” for medium-sized students, and “ unbearable” for poor students. The contradiction between teaching and learning is prominent, and the teaching quality runs counter to the goal. Based on the above situation, this paper mainly discusses the research of “ hierarchical teaching” in PLC training class. In order to deal with these problems by hierarchical teaching, teachers should actively find teaching methods, try to explore hierarchical teaching mode and change traditional teaching concepts. So that every student can learn more knowledge and skills in class and give full play to the role of hierarchical teaching.
