西部地区大学生价值观发展现状及深层次问题分析——基于西部3省(自治区)46所高校的调查

Analysis On The Development of College Students' Values and The Deep Problems in The Western Region——Based on the Investigation of Values Development Situation of 46 Universities from 3 Provinces and regions in Western China

以西部3省(区)46所高校大学生为调查对象,对其价值观现状进行调研。调查结果显示,西部地区大学生在政治价值观方面政治信任度高,但政治热情有待进一步提高;在道德价值观方面,道德规范养成符合社会主义核心价值观要求,但道德手段选择摇摆不定;在人生价值观方面,赞同先国家后个人的人生价值评价;在经济价值观方面,具备计划消费的消费观,但部分人过分看重金钱;在职业价值观方面,将薪资待遇作为职业选择的首要考量因素。究其深层次原因主要是动荡的心理标杆映射摇摆的价值目标、多样的信息渠道造就多元的价值取向、单一的课堂供给促成互斥的价值评价、复杂的社会文化成就矛盾的价值手段。促进西部地区大学生价值观健康发展,应改堵为疏、脱旧创新、固本强基。

The research involves 46 universities from 3 proviinces and regions in western China to study the values development situation of college students. It is found that college students in western China have a high degree of political trust in political values, but their political enthusiasm needs to be further improved. In terms of moral values, the cultivation of moral norms conforms to the requirements of socialist core values, but the choice of moral means is uncertain. In the aspect of life values, it agrees with the evaluation of life value of the country before the individual;In terms of economic values, they have the consumption concept of planned consumption, but some people pay too much attention to money. In terms of vocational values, salary and treatment should be taken as the primary consideration factor in career choice. The deep problems are mainly the unstable psychological benchmark mapping the swinging value target, the diversified information channels creating the diversified value orientation, the single classroom supply contributing to the mutually exclusive value evaluation, and the complex value means of social and cultural achievement contradiction. In order to promote the healthy development of college students’ values in western China, it is necessary to change blockage into dredging, removing the old and innovating, and strengthening the foundation.
