我国农村失独老人家庭医生签约服务实施计划与伦理规范研究

An Analysis on the Contract Service Model of Family Doctor for the Elderly in Rural Areas

通过对农村失独老人生活状况的了解,发现其最关注的是医疗问题,因此,通过进一步深化和扩展我国家庭医生签约服务制度,提出为农村失独老人提供家庭医生签约服务的具体方法,并指出在实施过程中双方应注意的几点伦理规范要求。此研究为改善农村失独老人医疗条件和医疗环境提供了新的方法;也为我国家庭医生签约服务制度深入特殊人群做了新的尝试。

In this paper, through the understanding of the lives of lost only-child old man in rural areas, it can be found that their most attention is the medical problem. First of all, the family doctor signing service system in our country should be further deepened and extended. Then, the methods of signing the family doctor service for rural lost only-child old man are put forward. Finally, the ethics requirements that should be paid attention to in the process of implementation are presented. This study provides a new method to improve the medical conditions and medical environment of the lost only-child old man in rural areas. It also makes a new attempt for the family doctor contract service system to reach the special population in China.
