浅析海南高职院校大学生创新精神和创业能力的培养——以海南经贸职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Students’ Spirit of Innovation and the Training of Entrepreneurial Competence in Higher Vocational Colleges——A case study of Hainan College of Economics and Business

立足海南高职大学生创新精神和创业能力研究,提出要充分发挥课堂教学主渠道、着力运用社团组织助推力、重视利用政策制度导向性、抓好创业失败学生帮扶工作、营造企业家成长环境和土壤,培养大学生创新精神和创业能力。

Based on the students’spirit of innovation and the study of entrepreneurial competence in higher vocational colleges of Hainan.We point out we must give full play to the role of classroom teaching as a main avenue, mainly focus on the community organizations and pay attention to the lead function of policy system, pay adequate attention to the helping work for those students can easily fail at business, create the environment and grass roots for entrepreneurs’ growth,cultivate students’ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial competence.
