基于对"少阳主枢"内涵的深刻理解,探讨少阳主枢在痴呆发病中的整体作用,提出"少阳枢机不利导致痴呆"的理论,为痴呆的治疗提供辨治思路。结合相关文献,探析少阳胆、三焦与痴呆的关系。基于中医整体观念的指导下,"少阳枢机不利"完善了痴呆的病机,将人体脏腑阴阳、经络表里通过少阳联系起来,同时也为我们延缓人体衰老及防治老年病的发生发展提供靶向。少阳与痴呆的发生发展密切相关,主张从和解少阳角度防治痴呆。

Based on the profound understanding of the connotation of"Shaoyang main pivot",this paper discusses"the integral role of Shaoyang pivot in the pathogenesis of dementia",and puts forward the theory that the blocking of Shaoyang pivot results in dementia,which provides a method of syndrome differentiation and treatment variation. To figure out the relationship between Shaoyang gallbladder,Sanjiao and dementia with literature search. Under the guidance of the concept of holism,the theory,"Shaoyang pivot lost function",has enriched the pathogenesis of dementia,connecting the internal organs,Yin and Yang of the body,the meridians and collaterals with Shaoyang,and also providing a target for preventing senility and treating some diseases in the elderly. Shaoyang is closely related to the occurrence and development of dementia.
