五运六气对针灸影响探析

Analysis on the Influence of Five Circuits and Six Qi of Natural Factors on Acupuncture and Moxibustion

近年来,随着五运六气学说的发展与完善,我们越来越发现五运六气蕴含在各领域和学科之中,五运六气可解释越来越多的理论、生理病理现象、疾病的病机,甚至可以运用五运六气指导临床疾病治疗,预测疾病的发生、发展、预后和转归,指导养生防病,充分发挥中医"治未病"的作用,使人们的活动顺应自然,从而防治疾病,体现《黄帝内经》中"天人合一"的指导思想,尤其是在传统中医学的针灸学领域,五运六气更是发挥重要作用。该文通过阐述五运六气及其对针灸学的作用,旨在以为鉴,充分发挥五运六气在各学科基础和临床研究中的应用。同时,为针灸学的学术和临床研究提供新的思路,进而更好地为患者治疗疾病,提高针灸疗效,服务于社会,具有很大的社会意义和经济意义。

In recent years,with the development and perfection of the theory of five circuits and six qi,we found the theory of five circuits and six qi contained in various fields and disciplines. The theory of five circuits and six qi can explain more theories and physiological and pathological phenomena. The pathogenesis of the disease can even use the theory of five circuits and six qi to guide clinical disease treatment,disease occurrence,development and prognosis,and the health prevention,which give full play to the role of the traditional Chinese medicine"preventive treatment of disease". It can make people’s activities comply with nature,and prevent the diseases. It also reflect the guiding ideology of"harmony between man and nature",which from the Inner Canon of Huangdi. The theory of five circuits and six qi especially plays an important role in the field of traditional Chinese medicine of acupuncture. This paper describes the theory of five circuits and six qi and its effects on acupuncture,which aims to give full play to the theory of five circuits and six qi in the application of interdisciplinary basic and clinical research. And at the same time,the theory of five circuits and six qi provides new trains of thoughts for academic and clinical research of acupuncture,cures diseases for patients,improves the acupuncture curative effect,and services the society,which has a great social and economic significance.
