清热凉血法对儿童皮肤型过敏性紫癜疗效及血栓弹力图影响

Effect of Clearing Away Heat and Cooling Blood on Children's Skin Type Henoch Schonlein Purpura and Its Influence on Thrombus Elastograph

目的:观察清热凉血法治疗儿童皮肤型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将90例符合纳入标准的患儿,随机分为观察组、对照组各45例,两组均给予常规的西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服清热凉血中药,治疗2周后统计疗效,比较两组患儿各项指标的差异。结果:治疗后两组比较,观察组在皮疹消退时间、临床疗效、血栓弹力图各项指标等方面,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热凉血法治疗儿童皮肤型过敏性紫癜临床疗效较好,能够促进患儿的凝血功能恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Liangxue treatment of children with skin allergic purpura. Methods:90 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with routine Western medicine. The observation group was treated with Qingre Liangxue herbal medicine on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was statistically analyzed and the differences of each index between the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group was superior to the control group in respects of the time of rash subsidence,clinical efficacy,thromboelastography and other indicators,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of clearing away heat and cooling blood is effective in treating children with cutaneous allergic purpura,and can promote the recovery of coagulation function.
