The experience of treating peripheral facial paralysis with professor QIN Min’s holistic acupuncture technique is summarized. Qin’s holistic acupuncture technique is a treatment system founded by Prof. QIN on the basis of more than twenty years’ clinical experience in acupuncture and moxibustion. The method is based on the whole acupuncture theory as the theoretical basis,through Ren and Du two veins for treatment,selection of Qin’s scalp acupuncture and Qin’s abdominal acupuncture and Qin’s Taiyang folder Du ambient needling method,and using flying needle as acupuncture manipulation,in order to achieve the balance of Yin and Yang and treat diseases. With the method of listing case,porfessor QIN Min’s holistic acupuncture technique is detailedly introduced in peripheral facial paralysis,and the manipulation of holistic acupuncture technique is summarized.
