摘要 提出一种新型面接触式摩擦传动结构的无级变速器——离散式变径带轮无级变速器。分析了离散式变径带轮传动结构的尺寸参数与传动比的关系,推导出离散式变径带轮传动临界摩擦力的计算公式,验证了离散式变径带轮理论上具有大转矩传动能力。另外,进行了基于ADAMS的转速波动性分析,并搭建离散式变径带轮无级变速器实验装置进行测试验证,结果表明,其转速波动满足大部分设备的传动要求。新型离散式变径带轮无级变速器结构紧凑、设计合理,具有很大的开发价值。 A new type of Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with surface-contact friction transmission structure is presented, which is a discrete adjustable radius CVT. The relationship between the sizeparameters of the discrete adjustable radius pulley transmission structure and the transmission ratio is analyzed. The calculation formula of the critical friction force of the discrete adjustable radius pulley transmission is derived. It is verified that the discrete adjustable radius pulley has large torque transmission capability in theory. In addition, the rotational speed fluctuation analysis based on ADAMS is carried out, and the experimental device of the discrete adjustable radius CVT is built and tested. The results show that the speed fluctuation meets the transmission requirements of most equipments. The new discrete adjustable radius CVT has great developme nt value, which has the characteristics of compact structure and reas on able design.
