摘要
以双圆弧齿轮为研究对象,通过对相同生产制造条件下生产制造的相同参数的4对齿轮,采用不同热处理工艺后进行试验分析,研究齿轮不同制造工艺对其性能的影响。试验采用3种加载方案,研究对比氮化与未氮化两种工艺条件下齿轮的疲劳特性。结果表明,正常工作条件下,经过氮化工艺处理的试验齿轮使用寿命比未经氮化工艺处理的齿轮使用寿命延长了约2倍。
Taking the double arc gear as the research object, four pairs of gears with the same parameters produced under the same manufacturing conditions are tested and analyzed by different heat treatment processes, the effect of different manufacturing processes on gear performance is studied. Three loading schemes are used to study the fatigue characteristics of gear under two conditions of nitriding and unnitriding. The result show that the service life of the test gear treated with nitriding technology is about 2 times longer than that of the gear without nitriding under normal operating conditions.
