摘要
针对目前在国内弧齿锥齿轮端面倒角普遍采用专用倒角机进行加工时,存在着砂轮调整复杂、准备时间长且精度难以保证的缺点,提出采用在数控铣齿机上,利用专用的倒角刀具,使刀具沿设计好的齿廓轨迹进行运动的加工工艺方案,即可以保证倒角的质量一致,且无需再次进行物料搬运,节省人员。基于Kimos软件,实现对这类刀具进行设计、倒角加工工艺过程,并给出了具体设计实例。
When the special chamfering machine is widely used to chamfering currently chamfer the end face of spiral bevel gears in the domestic, the adjustment of the grinding wheel is complex, the preparation time is long and the precision is difficult to guarantee. A machining process by using the special chamfering tool to control the movement of the cutter along the designed tooth profile trajectory on a milling machine is proposed, the quality of the chamfering can be ensured, and the material handling is not needed, the personnel is saved. Based on the Kimos software, the design of this kind of tool and the chamfering processing are carried out, and a concrete design example is given.
