深水水合物藏钻井溢流早期监测实验装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 预防溢流井喷及井喷失控切实有效的措施是进行溢流早期监测和及时采用压井措施。模拟实验装置包括井筒模拟系统、钻井液循环系统、水合物生成分解系统、多普勒信号监测系统和计算机信息处理系统,其中信号监测系统是基于多普勒超声波原理,在隔水管外对含气率进行非接触式早期监测,从而确定多普勒信号与含气率之间的对应关系。该装置可以实现水合物的生成监测、分解监测及分解气的早期监测,从而实现深水水合物藏钻井的溢流早期监测。 Losses caused by blowout during deepwater drilling may be even worse. The effective measures to deal with such problems are the gas kick early detection and kill the well in time. The simulation apparatus includes a wellbore simulation system,a drilling fluid circulation system,a hydrate formation and decomposition system,a signal monitoring system,and a computer information processing system. The signal monitoring system is developed based on the principle of Doppler ultrasound. The gas void fraction can be tested outside of the riser. The simulation device can realize the hydrate formation monitoring,decomposition monitoring,and early monitoring of decomposition gas,it is convenient for students and researchers to observe and understand the characteristics of hydrate formation and decomposition. The correspondence between the Doppler ultrasound signal and the gas void fraction can be found. Then the gas kick early detection can be realized during deepwater hydrate reservoirs drilling.
