摘要
设计了一款智能立体车库方案,并制造了模型。以三菱FX3U PLC作为主控单元,以步进电动机作为主要执行元件,驱动三轴定位装置实现小车的转运、存放、取出,并采用直流减速电动机、声光传感器、数码显示器等元件,实现车架自动升降、车库内部自动照明与空车位数量显示。设计了人机界面,在无需工作人员协助下,存车者可自助操作完成自动计费与自动存取车。同时,利用GPRS模块实现对车库的远程监控,提高了车库的智能化与网络化水平。在自制的立体车库实物模型上进行了调试,实际运行结果表明,系统实现了预想的全部功能,性能良好。
This paper puts forward a design scheme of intelligent stereo garage,and products an intelligent stereo garage model. MITSUBISHI FX3 U PLC is taken as the main control unit,the step motor is used as the main executive element to drive the three-axis positioning device to carry out the transport,storage and removal of a car. The DC deceleration motor,acoustooptic sensor,digital display and other components are used to realize automatic lifting the frame,automatic lighting and counting the number of empty parking spaces. The man-machine interface is designed. A driver can complete the automatic charging and automatic access his/her vehicle by self-service operation without the assistance of the staff. At the same time,the GPRS module is used to realize the remote monitoring of the garage so as to improve the intelligence and networking level of the garage. A physical model of the self-made stereo garage was debugged. The testing results show that the system has realized the expected functions and has good performance.
