摘要
激素依赖性皮炎虽病因明确,但在治疗上尚有一定难度,亦无特效的治疗方法。本研究采用中医传统治疗方法进行皮损局部刺络放血治疗此病,治愈5例(14.29%),显效16例(45.71%),有效11例(31.43%),无效3例(8.57%),总有效率为91.43%,取得较好疗效,值得临床推广。
Although the etiology of hormone-dependent dermatitis is clear,there are still some difficulties in the treatment,and there is no specific treatment.In this study,local blood-letting puncture were used to treat the disease,5 cases (14.29%) were cured,16 cases (45.71%) were markedly effective,11 cases (31.43%) were effective,and 3 cases (8.57%) were ineffective.This TCM treatment method shows a good effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
