手法配合平衡针治疗创伤性尾骨痛的临床研究

Clinical observation on treating traumatic tailbone pain by manipulation plus balancing acupuncture

目的:观察手法配合平衡针治疗创伤性尾骨痛的临床疗效。方法:2017年7月-12月,共纳入67例创伤性尾骨痛患者,分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用手法配合平衡针治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗。在病例纳入各组的当天及之后第2、14天和治疗后3个月的4个时间节点进行临床疗效评价。通过比较两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)分值、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评价疗效。结果:治疗组在每个随访时间节点的VAS评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数均比对照组低,两组差异有统计学意义。3个月后治疗组治疗有效率为94.12%,对照组有效率为78.79%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:手法配合平衡针治疗创伤性尾骨痛是一种,操作简单、安全有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of manipulation with balance acupuncture on traumatic tail pain.Methods: From July 2017 to December 2017,67 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by manipulation with balanced acupuncture,and the control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsules.Results:The VAS score and Oswestry dysfunction index in the treatment group were lower than the control group at each follow-up time point.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After 3 months,the efficiency was 94.12% in the treatment group and 78.79% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Manipulation with balance acupuncture is a simple, safe and effective method,and is worthy of clinical application.
