自拟方联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘151例临床疗效观察

Efficacy of self-made decoction plus montelukast on asthma

目的:观察自拟方联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘(缓解期)的临床疗效。方法:将151例哮喘(缓解期)患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组75例,观察组76例。对照组单纯口服孟鲁司特治疗,观察组采用自拟方联合孟鲁司特治疗,2周为一个疗程,连续治疗10周。比较两组症状缓解情况、肺功能检测、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophilia,EOS)计数。结果:观察组总有效率为90.8%,对照组为77.3%,两组对比,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺功能检测、EOS计数优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟方联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘(缓解期)临床疗效好,病程短,复发率低,安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made decoction plus montelukast on asthma (remission period). Methods:151 patients were divided into two groups,75 cases in the control group and 76 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with montelukast.The observation group was treated with self-made decoction and montelukast.Results:The total efficiency was 90.8% in the observation group,higher than 77.3% in the control group (P<0.05).Pulmonary function test,EOS value in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made decoction with montelukast on asthma (remission period) show a good clinical effect,with short course and low recurrence rate,is safe and reliable.
