中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating COPD and respiratory failure in the integrated medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收集2016年2月-2017年9月入院的79例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组40例,对照组39例,观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,对照组患者则给予常规西医治疗,比较两组患者总体治疗效果、肺功能及血气分析指标。结果:观察组患者显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异存在明显统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后肺功能及血气分析指标改善程度均显著性低于对照组,差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床治疗中,中西医结合治疗可显著改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of the integrated medicine on COPD and respiratory failure. Methods:79 patients were randomly divided into 40 cases in the observation group and 39 cases in the control group.The observation group was given the integrated medicine.The control group was given routine western medicine.The effect,lung function and blood in two groups were compared.Results:The efficiency and total efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The improvement degree of lung function and blood in the observation group were lower than the control group,P<0.01. Conclusion:The integrated medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the effects,and is worth popularizing.
