中药热封包对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

Efficacy of TCM heat-sealing package on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的:观察中药热封包对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能的效果恢复情况。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年2月我院妇科行腹腔镜手术患者80例,按照数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药热封包治疗,对比两组术后胃肠道功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者临床有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组患者的77.50%(P<0.05),观察组妇科腹腔镜患者肠鸣音恢复时间[(16.18±3.74)h]、肛门排气时间[(25.26±5.98)h]以及排便时间[(54.11±5.43)h]均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者胃肠道功能明显高于对照组患者的胃肠道功能评分(P<0.05),观察组妇科腹腔镜术后患者的腹胀率(5.00%)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的腹泻比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对妇科行腹腔镜手术后患者实施中药热封包处理有利于加速患者胃肠道功能的恢复,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM heat-sealing package on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given TCM heat-sealing package.Results:The clinical efficiency in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group was (16.18±3.74) hours;the anal exhaust time was (25.26±5.98) hours,and the defecation time was (54.11±5.43) h, which were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The gastrointestinal function in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The bloating rate in the observation group was 5%,which was lower than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diarrhea between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM heat-sealing package on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopic surgery shows a good effect,can improve the quality of life.
