疏肝利胆冲剂在肝内外胆管结石术后的应用效果观察

Efficacy of the Shugan Lidan granules on postoperative intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones

目的:观察并分析疏肝利胆冲剂在肝内外胆管结石术后的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院收治的86例行肝内外胆管结石术患者分为观察组及对照组。观察组(43例)术后给予疏肝利胆冲剂+常规西医治疗;对照组术后(43例)给予常规西医治疗。治疗7d后,对比观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征改善情况及血清胆汁生化指标水平的变化情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者临床症状及体征均得到显著改善,但组间比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后治疗7d后,观察组血清胆汁生化指标水平明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝利胆冲剂应用于肝内外胆管结石术后治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe efficacy of the Shugan Lidan granules (疏肝利胆冲剂) on postoperative intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods:86 cases were divided into 2 groups,43 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the observation group was given the Shugan Lidan granules more.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs in two groups were significantly improved,the difference between the groups was not significant (P<0.05).After 7 days of postoperative treatment,the serum bile biochemical index in the observation group was significantly better than the control group;and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shugan Lidan granules on postoperative intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
