头舌针结合语言康复训练治疗脑梗死后运动性失语的疗效评价

Efficacy of scalp acupuncture and tongue acupuncture plus language rehabilitation training on aphemia after cerebral infarction

目的:评价头舌针结合语言康复训练治疗脑梗死后运动性失语的疗效。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2017年12月收治的脑梗死后运动性失语患者120例,按照随机数字表抽取法平均分为2组,各有60例,观察组给予头舌针结合语言康复训练治疗,对照组单纯给予语言康复训练治疗,一个疗程为5天,均接受6个疗程治疗。治疗前、后评价比较两组波士顿诊断性失语症检查(BDAE)等级、日常生活交流能力量表(CADL)评分情况。结果:治疗前两组BDAE等级、CADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组组间BDAE等级、CADL评分比较,观察组改善明显,观察组治疗有效率较高,(P<0.05)。结论:头舌针结合语言康复训练治疗脑梗死后运动性失语的疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture and tongue acupuncture plus language rehabilitation training on aphemia after cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with aphemia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 cases each.Patients in the observation group was treated by scalp acupuncture and tongue acupuncture plus language rehabilitation training, and the control group was given only language rehabilitation training.the BDAE grade and CADL scores before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the BDAE grade and CADL score between the two groups before treatment (P?0.05),and the observation group improved significantly after treatment.The effective rate in the observation group was higher (P?0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture and tongue acupuncture plus language rehabilitation training is effective on aphemia after cerebral infarction,and is worthy of popularization and application.
