中医四维疗法治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Treating early and middle knee osteoarthritis by the TCM quadruple chemotherapy

目的:观察分析中医四维疗法治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院在2017年2月-2018年4月收治的180例早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按照不同治疗方法分为实验组(90例,应用中医四维疗法)和对照组(90例,应用西医治疗方法)。采用统计学分析两组早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果:两组早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗前疼痛、僵硬、日常生活难度等骨关节炎指数评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗后疼痛、僵硬、日常生活难度等骨关节炎指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医四维疗法治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗效果较为理想。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the TCM quadruple chemotherapy on early and middle knee osteoarthritis. Methods:February 2017 - April 2018,180 cases were divided into 2 groups,90 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine;and the experimental group was given the TCM quadruple chemotherapy.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of osteoarthritis index between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the osteoarthritis index scores (pain, stiffness,daily life difficulty,etc.) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total clinical efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM quadruple chemotherapy on early and middle knee osteoarthritis show a good effect.
