摘要
目的:证明参芪扶正注射液可以通过上调Wnt/beta-catenin 信号通改善MDX 鼠的病理及运动功能。方法:体外通过参芪扶正注射液干预C2C12 细胞的成肌分化,体内通过参芪扶正注射液腹腔注射改善MDX 鼠的运动功能及病理。结果:①体外参芪扶正注射液可促进beta-catenin 在C2C12 细胞细胞浆到细胞核的转位,可促进C2C12 细胞肌管蛋白的表达。②参芪扶正注射液腹腔注射MDX 鼠后,小鼠HE 染色病理及运动功能均得到改善。结论:参芪扶正注射液可通过上调Wnt/beta-catenin 信号通路,改善MDX 鼠的病理和运动功能。
Objective: To prove that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(参芪扶正注射液)could improve the pathologic and motor functions of MDX mice by up-regulating Wnt signal pathway. Method: In vitro, the myoblast differentiation of C2C12 cells was interfered by Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(参芪扶正注射液), and in vivo, the motor function and pathology of MDX mice were improved by intraperitoneal injection of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(参芪扶正注射液). Result:(1) In vitro Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(参芪扶正注射液) could promote the translocation of beta-catenin in the cytoplasm of C2C12 cells to the nucleus and the expression of myosin in C2C12 cells.(2) The pathological and motor functions of HE staining in mice were improved after intraperitoneal injection of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (参芪扶正注射液)in MDX mice. Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (参芪扶正注射液)could improve the pathologic and motor functions of MDX mice by up-regulating Wnt signal pathway.
