中药足浴对剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用分析

Preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section

目的:研究剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成应用中药足浴治疗的预防效果。方法:选择我院2017 年1 月- 2017 年12 月中的460 例进行剖宫产分娩的产妇进行研究,按照术后干预方式不同进行分组,观察组230 例、对照组230 例,分别给予常规预防、联合中药足浴,比较两组效果。结果:观察组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率为0.87%,对照组发生率3.91%,P < 0.05;观察组出院时生活质量评分(77.42±6.82)分,对照组(70.50±6.21)分,P < 0.05。结论:中药足浴对于剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防效果良好,对于患者术后恢复有促进作用,值得临床推广。

Objective: To study the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section. Methods: A total of 460 women who underwent cesarean delivery from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided according to the postoperative intervention. 230 patients in the control group and 230 in the observation group were given routine prevention and joint Chinese medicine foot bath respectively, the effects of the two groups was compared. Results: The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity was 0.87% in the observation group, 3.91% in the control group, P < 0.05. The quality of life score was (77.42±6.82) in the observation group and( 70.50±6.21 )in the control group. P < 0.05. Conclusion: Chinese medicine foot bath had a good preventive effect on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section. It had a promoting effect on postoperative recovery and was worthy of clinical promotion.
