中医药防治糖尿病周围神经病变研究进展

Research progress of TCM in the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,具有很高的发病率和致残率,严重影响人们的生活质量。中医药防治糖尿病周围神经病变相对西医而言具有显著的疗效和优势。本文就近五年来中医药防治糖尿病周围神经病变的研究内容进行综述,以期对其临床防治提供更多的思路与方法,发挥中医药防治糖尿病周围神经病变的优势。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes. This disease has a high morbidity and disability rate, which seriously affects people's quality of life. Compared with western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has significant curative effect and advantage in the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. in this paper, the research contents of tcM in the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent five years are summarized, so as to provide more ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment, and give full play to the advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
