六经辨证法浅谈半夏厚朴汤抗炎镇痛作用

目的:研究半夏厚朴汤对小鼠耳肿胀的抗炎效果和对醋酸腹部注射引起小鼠扭体的镇痛效果,并运用传统中医六经辨证思想,阐述其作用机制。方法:取90只昆明种18~22g级小鼠,雌雄各半,分为5组,空白组,阳性对照组,半夏厚朴汤高、中、低剂量组(63.6g/kg、31.8g/kg、15.6g/kg)。采用冰醋酸对小鼠腹部注射,观察半夏厚朴汤的镇痛效果;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的模型,观察半夏厚朴汤的抗炎消肿作用。结果:冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验,半夏厚朴汤实验组与空白组对比有明显效果。半夏厚朴汤组和阳性对照组对比,半夏厚朴汤组的作用接近阳性对照组。二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验,半夏厚朴汤实验组和空白组对比,有明显作用,各浓度剂量组的作用成剂量依赖性,阳性对照组和空白组对比,作用显著,阳性对照组和半夏厚朴汤实验组对比,半夏厚朴汤实验组稍差于阳性对照组,但也有抗炎作用。结论:半夏厚朴汤效果稍逊于阳性对照组,不过也证实有明显抗炎镇痛作用,且中药优势在于副作用较阳性对照组小,有望在临床中提供新的参考。

Objective: to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) on mouse ear swelling and writhing analgesic effect caused by abdominal injection of acetic acid, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine meridian dialectical thought, to expound its mechanism. Methods: 80 Kunming 18 ~ 22 g mice were divided into 5 groups: blank group, positive control group, high, medium and low dose Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) group (63.6 g/kg, 31.8 g/kg, 15.6 g/kg). The analgesic effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) was observed by intraperitoneal injection of glacial acetic acid. the anti-inflammatory and detumescence effects of Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) were observed by the model of mice ear swelling induced by xylene. Results: The mice writhing experiment was caused by glacial acetic acid and the comparison between the experimental group of Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) and the blank group showed that Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) had obvious effect. The experimental group was compared with the positive control group, and the effect of the experimental group was close to the positive control group. In Xylene induced mouse ear swelling experiment, Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) had obvious effect, the effect of concentration dose group, positive control group and blank group comparison proved that Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) had significant effect. Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤) group was slightly less significant than the positive control group, but it also had an anti-inflammatory effect. conclusion: Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤)was slightly less effective than the positive control group, but it also had obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, the advantage was that the side effect was less than that of the positive control group, which was expected to provide new reference for clinical practice.
