运动疗法联合中药熏洗治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的疗效分析

Effect of exercise therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on traumatic ankle arthritis

目的:探析对踝关节创伤性关节炎患者采取运动疗法联合中药熏洗治疗的临床效果。方法:收集我院74例踝关节创伤性关节炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(37例)、观察组(37例),给予对照组中药熏洗治疗,予以观察组运动疗法加中药熏洗,对比两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、踝关节功能评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(2.61±0.58)分低于对照组(3.56±0.74)分,踝关节功能评分(87.51±5.43)分明显高于对照组(76.04±4.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且其治疗总有效率(97.30%)与对照组(75.68%)相比更高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对踝关节创伤性关节炎患者采用运动疗法联合中药熏洗治疗,可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度、改善踝关节功能,提高治疗疗效,临床价值高。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on traumatic ankle arthritis. Methods: 74 cases of traumatic ankle arthritis treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (37 cases) and the observation group (37 cases) according to different treatment methods, the control group received Chinese medicine fumigation treatment while the observation group received exercise therapy combined with Chinese medicine fumigation, the visual analog pain score, ankle joint function score and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the visual analog pain score (2.61±0.58) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (3.56±0.74), the ankle joint function score (87.51±5.43) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.04±4.21) and there was significant difference (P < 0.05);The total effective rate (97.30%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (75.68%), P < 0.05, and the difference was significant. conclusion: the exercise therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation had significant effect on patients with traumatic arthritis, it could effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients, improve the ankle function, improve the curative effect, which was of high clinical value.
