口腔溃疡运用加味甘草泻心汤治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of Jiawei Gancao Xiexin Decoction on oral ulcer

目的:探讨口腔溃疡运用加味甘草泻心汤治疗的效果。方法:研究2017年4月-2018年5月收治的80例口腔溃疡患者,随机分为参照组与研究组各40例,参照组运用常规西药治疗,研究组在参照组基础上运用加味甘草泻心汤治疗,分析不同治疗后患者治疗疗效、复发率、痊愈率情况。结果:在治疗总有效率上,研究组为90%,显著多于参照组67.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在1周的痊愈率上,研究组为67.5%,显著高于参照组52.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在半年内的复发率上,研究组为12.5%,显著少于参照组47.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔溃疡运用加味甘草泻心汤治疗可以有效的提升治疗疗效、降低复发率,优化痊愈率,整体效果更为理想。

Objective: To explore the effect of Jiawei Gancao Xiexin Decoction (加味甘草泻心汤) in the treatment of oral ulcers. Methods: Eighty patients with oral ulcers admitted from April 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Jiawei Gancao Xiexin Decoction (加味甘草泻心汤) on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effect, recurrence rate and cure rate of patients after different treatments were analyzed. Results: the treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 90% vs 67.5%, P < 0.05;the 1-week cure rate of the observation group and the control group was 67.5% vs 52.5%, P < 0.05;the half-year recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group was 12.5% vs. 47.5%, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of oral ulcer with Jiawei Gancao Xiexin Decoction (加味甘草泻心汤) could effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence rate, optimize the recovery rate, and the overall effect was more ideal.
