社区护理干预对学龄前儿童视力保健行为的效果分析

Effect of community nursing intervention on visual health behavior of preschool children

目的:探讨社区护理干预对学龄前儿童视力保健行为的效果。方法:将2017 年2 月- 2018 年6 月90 例学龄前儿童患者随机分组,对照组遵循常规护理,试验组落实社区护理干预。比较两组学龄前儿童视力水平;家长对视力保健的认知、视力保健行为评分、每次连续读写的时间、连续看荧光屏的时间;视力降低发生率。结果:试验组学龄前儿童视力水平高于对照组,P < 0.05;试验组家长对视力保健的认知、视力保健行为评分、每次连续读写的时间、连续看荧光屏的时间优于对照组,P < 0.05;试验组视力降低发生率低于对照组,P < 0.05。结论:社区护理干预在学龄前儿童护理中的干预效果确切,可提高家长的保健意识和儿童的保健行为,缩短连续看书和荧光屏时间,改善生活质量,减少视力降低风险。

Objective: To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on visual health behavior of preschool children. Methods: A total of 90 preschool children from February 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received community nursing intervention. The visual acuity of preschool children, parents' cognition of visual health care, visual health behavior score, time of continuous reading and writing, time of continuous viewing screen;decreased visual acuity were compared between the two groups. Results: The visual acuity of preschool children in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. The parents of the experimental group were better than the control group in terms of their cognition of visual health care, visual health behavior score, time of continuous reading and writing, and time of continuous viewing of fluorescent screen, P < 0.05. The incidence of visual impairment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The intervention effect of community nursing intervention in the care of preschool children was accurate, which could improve the parents' health awareness and children's health behavior, shorten the continuous reading and screen time, improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of vision reduction.
