如何经济、科学合理地制定民用直升机机型维修培训大纲,并向局方提供足够的审查依据,是当前民用直升机制造厂家共同面临的一个问题。文章通过对当前国际前沿技术"维修培训需求分析"方法的研究,给出建议的维修培训需求分析工作流程和判断标准,为民用直升机编制基于培训需求分析的机型维修培训大纲提供了参考和依据。

In this paper,an available criteria of civil helicopter’s maintenance training program was put forward by analyzing the international state-of-art technique "Training need analysis",and a specific criterion for training demand analysis was given. This method solved a common problem for forming civil helicopter’s maintenance training program scientifically and rationally and providing the basis of judicial review for AA( Department of Aircraft Airworthiness Certification). This criterion also provided standard and reference for civil helicopter maintenance training program.
