基于雷达图针灸治疗肠易激综合征系统评价/Meta分析文献质量多元评价研究

Review/Meta-analysis of Acupuncture in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Based on Radar Plot

目的:应用雷达图多元评价方法,全面评估针灸治疗肠易激综合征系统评价/Meta分析的文献质量,为广大临床、科研工作者提供直观的、有效的证据参考。方法:制定完善的检索策略,利用计算机全面检索国内外大型数据库,辅以手工检索。汇集合格文献,从见刊年份、设计方法、AMSTAR分值、PRISMA分值、相似性程度、出版偏倚评估六个方面进行多元评价。结果:共计纳入10篇合格文献,文献秩平均分为3. 67～8. 83不等,其质量秩平均得分为6. 75±1. 82。3项研究文献质量较高,占文献总数的30%;有1项文献质量有待提高。文献质量应提高的环节有确保文献检索广泛全面性;有效的运用恰当的方法合并纳入研究的结果;倡导制定文献筛查流程图;注重对文献研究特征的详细阐述等。结论:针灸治疗肠易激综合征系统评价/Meta分析文献质量有待进一步提升,特别是方法学和发表质量。雷达图将数据可视化、直观化和多元评价的优点,值得推广运用。

Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the quality of the literature on the systematic evaluation/Meta-analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome by using the multi-evaluation method of radar chart,providing intuitive and effective evidence for the clinical and scientific researchers. Methods: We developed a sound search strategy,the use of computer comprehensive retrieval of large databases at home and abroad,supplemented by manual retrieval and then gathered qualified documents. From the publication year,design method,AMSTAR score,PRISMA score,the degree of similarity and publication bias evaluation,the multiple evaluation was carried out. Results: A total of 10 eligible documents were included.The average rank of the documents was 3. 67-8. 83. The quality of the three research documents was high,accounting for 30% of the total number of documents. The quality of one of the documents needs to be improved. The quality of the literature should be improved to ensure that the extensive and comprehensive literature search. The effective use of appropriate methods to incorporate the results of the study included advocating the development of the literature screening flow chart,paying attention to the characteristics of the literature described in detail. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of irritable bowel syndrome system evaluation/Meta-analysis of the quality of the literature needs further improvement,especially methodology and published quality. Radar chart data visualization,visualization and the advantages of multiple evaluation are worth to promote the use.
