赖新生通元法治疗围绝经期诸症经验

LAI Xinsheng's Treatment Experience of Perimenopausal Syudrome by Tongyuan Therapy

随着社会的不断发展,生活、工作等各方面因素的潜在压力使部分人长期处于一种焦虑、压抑的状态;随着我国已逐渐进入老龄化社会,步入更年期的女性数量逐年增加,在面对这些负面情绪,处于更年期的女性往往更难以释怀,也使得近年来在围绝经期中出现围绝经期综合征的女性不断增加,发病年龄更是提前。许多围绝经期女性都有程度不等,轻重不一的围绝经期综合征表现,其可受个体差异性、社会环境复杂性及性格特殊性等各方面因素影响,严重时可影响其日常生活,也因其症状繁多,疗程、疗效与预后均存在明显差异。赖新生教授针对围绝经期诸症病因病机及其治则治法提出三点:①先解外,而后安五脏;②冲任固,任督灌脏腑;③针药合,通督以归元。运用通元法治疗围绝经期诸症,疗效甚佳。

With the development of society,the potential pressure of life,work and other aspects makes people stay in a state of anxiety and depression for a long period. As China has gradually entered the aging society,the number of women stepping in menopause is increasing year by year. Faced with these negative emotions,menopausal women are more difficult to make through the negative emotions,so that the number of menopausal women suffering from perimenopausal syndromes( PMS) is growing continually,and onset age has been younger than before. A number of menopausal women have varying degrees and various severity syndromes of PMS,which could be affected by various factors,such as individual differences,complexity of social environment,particularity of personality and other factors. When the problem gets serious,it might affect their daily lives. Besides,its various symptoms could result in the obvious differences of the treatment,efficacy and prognosis. Professor LAI proposes three points for PMS’s etiology pathogenesis as well as the treatment therapy:①Treat the exterior and then the five Zang-organs.②Strengthen Chong and Ren meridians becasue Ren meridian and Governor meridian can irrigate Zang-fu organs.③Acupuncture combined with medicine to dredge the Governor meridian and guide the Qi return to the origin. Applying the Tongyuan therapy to treat PMS has a significant effect.
