摘要
同源的芍药,不同的产地、加工等因素,却形成了两个不同应用的中药,即白芍和赤芍。然而,迄今为止,芍药同源异用的科学内涵依然未知。本文对芍药同源异用的历史追溯、考究及分析的基础上,提出以下研究策略:(1)应进一步从化学、药效、药动、生物机制等差异分析层面开展水煮去皮前后芍药同源异用的机制研究;(2)从不同产地、野生和栽培不同生长方式的差异分析探讨芍药同源异用的机制研究;(3)进一步研究以明确中医药古籍经典方剂中的芍药品种。本文有望为促进白芍、赤芍的同源异用的现代研究提供一定的理论依据和思路启发。
This article aimed to clarify the historical evolution and research strategy on homologous dissimilarity of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.( PLP) through the analysis of ancient and modern literature. Our results suggest that PLP is originated in The Book of Songs" during the Spring and Autumn Period,as the first medical terms of " fifty-two disease" during the Warring States period,in the Han Dynasty was recognized and widely used in clinical and concocted the first to see in the " Golden Jade by the letter" of the Eastern Han Dynasty,divided into Paeoniae radix alba( PRA) and Paeoniae radix rubra( PRR),and the origin of them are first seen in the " Materia Medica by Note" during Northern and Southern Dynasties,according to PLP root color to divide PRA and PRR seen in " Japanese chemical herbs",to wild or not to divide PRA and PRR seen modern " medical care in the West recorded". The current " Chinese Pharmacopoeia" to homologous PLP boiled peel or not to define the PRA and PRR. On the basis of the above results,the following research strategies are proposed. Firstly,the mechanism of homologous dissimilarity of PLP should be further studied from the aspects of chemistry,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics and biological mechanism. Secondly,study on the mechanism of homologous differentiation of PLP from different areas of different origin,wild and cultivation difference analysis. Finally,further study to clarify PRA or PRR from the classic prescription of PLP. This paper is expected to provide some theoretical basis and ideas for promoting modern research on the homology and use of PRA and PRR.
