针刺结合穴位注射治疗原发性视网膜色素变性患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Primary Retinitis Pigmentosa Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Injection

目的:通过运用针刺结合穴位注射治疗,观察其对原发性视网膜色素变性的临床疗效,对其疗效进行客观评价,寻求一种对治疗原发性视网膜色素变性切实有效的治疗方法。方法:选取2010年4月—2017年3月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科门诊、长沙市中医医院针灸康复科门诊及中医眼科门诊的原发性视网膜色素变性患者共40例,随机分成针刺加穴位注射组和药物组,每组各20例,连续治疗4疗程后对比观察患者视力、视野、暗适应ERGb波。结果:(1)两组患者在治疗四个疗程后视力均改善,说明两种疗法均能提高患者视力;同时对两组进行组间比较,观察组视力改善程度明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);(2)治疗后两组患者视野较前有所扩大,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);(3)两组患者暗适应ERGb波在治疗后均改善,且观察组暗适应ERGb波改善程度优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:针刺结合穴位注射治疗在改善视网膜色素变性患者的视力、视野及暗适应ERGb波方面收获了较好的效果,是目前治疗该病的一种较有效的施治手段。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection on primary retinitis pigmentosa( PRD) and evaluate its curative effect objectively so as to find out a practical and effective treatment for PRD. Methods:From April 2010 to March 2017,40 patients with primary retinitis pigmentosa were selected from the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion,the outpatient department of acupuncture and rehabilitation,and the outpatient department of ophthalmology,Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group and drug group,20 cases in each group,totally 4 consecutive courses of treatment. Visual acuity,visual field and dark adaptation ERGb wave were compared. Results:( 1) Visual acuity of the two groups improved after four courses of treatment,indicating that both treatments can improve the visual acuity of patients. At the same time,the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).( 2) After treatment,the visual field of the two groups was enlarged,and the observation group’s was better than that of the control group with statistical differences( P < 0. 05).( 3) Dark adaptation of ERGb wave was improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement of dark adaptation of ERGb wave in observation group was better than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection has achieved good results in improving the visual acuity,visual field and dark adaptation to ERGB wave in patients with retinitis pigmentosa. It is an effective treatment for retinitis pigmentosa at present.
