针灸治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

各种心脏疾病发展到最后阶段都会演变成慢性心力衰竭,其发病率、死亡率一直居高不下,已经成为全球瞩目的公共卫生问题。西医治疗慢性心力衰竭虽然可以很好地缓解其症状,但仍存在一定局限性,而且停药后容易复发。针灸疗法作为中国传统医学重要组成部分,近年来被应用于治疗慢性心力衰竭,并取得了良好的疗效,为开展针灸治疗慢心衰提供了大量实践经验。文章通过对针灸治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究进展作一综述,以期对慢性心力衰竭的治疗提供参考。

All kinds of heart diseases will develop into chronic heart failure at the last stage,and their morbidity and mortality are high,becoming a global public health problem. Although Western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure can alleviate its symptoms well,it still has some limitations. And it is easy to recur after withdrawal. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,has been used in the treatment of chronic heart failure in recent years,and has achieved good results,providing a lot of practical experience for the development of acupuncture treatment of chronic heart failure.This article reviews the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic heart failure in order to provide reference for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
