云南白药治疗上消化道出血的临床效果观察

Effective observation on treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with Yunnan Baiyao

目的:探究对上消化道出血患者应用云南白药的临床治疗效果分析。方法:回顾性分析我院2014年8月-2017年6月间收入的所有上消化道出血患者的一般资料,根据实验要求纳入52例患者到数据库中开展实验。通过双色球两组均分法,将所有患者分为两组,蓝色球组为对照组,红色球组为实验组,每组26例患者;对照组患者采用单纯泮托拉唑进行治疗,而实验组患者在此基础上加用云南白药进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。记录两组患者治疗24h、48h的止血效果,统计住院期间发生的再出血率、止血时间及住院时间。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组明显更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者不同时间点止血率高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者止血时间及住院时间低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且两组患者治疗后的用药不良反应发生率无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对上消化道出血患者应用云南白药治疗的方式,能够有效改善患者的消化道出血症状,并且中西医联合用药,也不会影响患者的用药后不良反应发生状况,是一种积极的治疗方案,值得推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao (云南白药) on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods: 52 patients were divided into two groups by two-color ball equalization method,26 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole;the experimental group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao more.The total efficiency and adverse reaction rate in groups were compared.The hemostatic effect of 24 hours and 48 hours was recorded;the rebleeding rate, hemostatic time and hospitalization time during hospitalization were counted.Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The hemostasis rate in the experimental group at different time points was higher than the control group;and the rebleeding rate was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion: Yunnan Baiyao can effectively improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding, will not affect the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients after medication, is an active treatment program and worth promoting.
