中医正骨手法复位外固定与西医手术内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较

Comparison on curative effect of TCM orthopedics reduction external fixation and western medicine internal fixation on intertrochanteric fractures of femur in the elderly

目的:研究中医正骨手法复位外固定与西医手术内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:将我院2013年5月-2017年5月收治的256例股骨粗隆间骨折患者纳入研究,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组均128例,其中对照组实施西医手术内固定,研究组实施中医正骨,对比两组患者手术情况与髋关节功能。结果:研究组在各项手术情况下均优于对照组,研究组在髋关节功能优良率(93.75%)均优于对照组(80.47%),差异显著,P<0.05。结论:针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折实施中医手法外固定,临床疗效显著,患者能够在短时间内出院,且髋关节功能恢复良好,值得应用。

Objective:To study the effect of TCM orthopedics reduction external fixation and western medicine internal fixation on intertrochanteric fractures of femur in the elderly.Methods:256 patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment.128 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine internal fixation.The study group was given TCM bone setting.The operation and hip function in two groups were compared.Results:The operation in the study group was better than the control group.The excellent and good rate of hip function in the study group was 93.75%,which was better than 80.47% in the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of TCM orthopedics reduction external fixation on intertrochanteric fractures of femur in the elderly is significant.The patient can be discharged in a short time and the hip function recovered very well,which is worthy of application.
