刺络放血对急性痛风性关节炎患者血清IL-6、IL-8及MMP-3表达水平及临床疗效的研究

Efficacy of pricking bloodletting on serum IL-6, IL-8 and MMP-3 levels of patients with acute gouty arthritis

目的:探讨刺络放血对急性痛风性关节炎患者血清白介素-6(Inlerleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-8(Inlerleukin-8,IL-8)和基质金属蛋白酶-3(Matrix Melalloprolease-3,MMP-3)表达水平的影响及疗效观察。方法:将2017年1月-2017年8月河源市中医院内分泌科门诊80例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均予以饮食控制和多饮水等常规处理,并加用秋水仙碱口服。观察组在此基础上患者加用刺络放血。分析两组患者血清IL-6、IL-8和MMP-3在治疗前后表达水平的变化情况,同时观察其临床疗效的差异。结果:治疗一个疗程后,两组患者血清IL-6,IL-8和MMP-3水平均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组的下降改变值较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刺络放血对急性痛风性关节炎有很好的临床疗效,刺络放血的临床疗效的机制可能是降低患者血清IL-6,IL-8和MMP-3的表达水平、抑制局部炎症反应。

Objective:To efficacy of pricking bloodletting on IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-3 levels of patients with acute gouty arthritis. Methods:80 cases of acute gouty arthritis from January to August 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases respectively.Both groups were given routine treatment such as dietary control and drinking water,and colchicine was added orally. the observation group was given pricking bloodletting more.The changes of serum IL-6,IL-8,and MMP-3 expression levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:After one treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-3 in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05);The efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Bloodletting and bloodletting has a good effect on acute gouty arthritis.Its effect on reducing serum IL-6,IL-8 and MMP-3 levels and inhibiting.The process of local inflammatory response is closely related.
