右归丸合并艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血62例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 62 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of the Pishen Yangxu type with Yougui Wan plus moxibustion

目的:比较右归丸合并艾灸与激素周期序贯对脾肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床治疗效果和不良反应。方法:选取2014年3月-2015年3月接受治疗的120例脾肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,根据采用的治疗方法不同而将患者随机性分为两组,治疗组采用右归丸合并艾灸治疗,对照组采用补佳乐和黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察两组患者疗效、中医证候各项评分、不良反应及复发情况。结果:治疗组患者临床疗效治愈的比例明显高于对照组(P=0.029),而无效的比例明显低于对照组(P=0.036),治疗组患者中医证侯疗效为显效的比例明显高于对照组(P=0.002),无效的比例明显低于对照组(P=0.036),治疗组患者控制出血时间和完全止血时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后中医证候各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者在治疗期间及治疗后体重增加、情绪波动的比例均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后1年内复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸合并艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有较好的疗效,且无副反应,复发率低。

Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of Yougui Wan (右归丸) plus Moxibustion and sequelae on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of the Pishen Yangxu type (脾肾阳虚型).Methods:120 patients were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Yougui Wan and moxibustion.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules.The efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical curative effect in the treatment group was significantly higher (P=0.029,P=0.002);the proportion of TCM syndromes,the bleeding time and complete hemostasis time,the scores of TCM syndromes the proportion of weight gain and mood swing during and after treatment,The recurrence rate within 1 year after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yougui Wan plus moxibustion on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of the Pishen Yangxu type show a good curative effect,no side effects and low recurrence rate.
