复方排石汤联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石90例的临床观察

Observation on treating 90 cases of renal calculus with the Paishi decoction plus holmium laser lithotripsy underflexible ureteroscope

目的:分析复方排石汤联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术在肾结石临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择我院于2017年3月-2018年9月期间收治的90例肾结石患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均以数字表为参照,遵循随机法划分为观察组、对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者接受输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗+术后常规处理,观察组患者接受输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术+复方排石汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:在排石疼痛评分、排石持续时间、术后4周结石排尽率、≥4mm结石排出率、≥4mm结石残留率以及镇痛药物使用率方面,观察组患者的相应数据与对照组患者进行比较,组间优势显著,即差异存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾结石患者临床治疗期间,对患者行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术+复方排石汤治疗,不仅可以提高患者的排石率,还能缩短排石时间,避免患者治疗期间承受较大的生理疼痛,临床推广使用价值较好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Paishi decoction (排石汤) plus holmium laser lithotripsy underflexible ureteroscope on renal calculus.Methods:90 patients were yandomly divided into the observation group and control group,45 cases in each. The control group received holmium laser lithotripsy underflexible ureteroscope plus routine treatment after operation;the observation group was treated with the Paishi decoction plus holmium laser lithotripsy underflexible ureteroscope.The efficacy in groups was compared. Results:There were significant differences in the pain score of stone removal,duration of stone removal,stone removal rate at 4 weeks after operation,stone removal rate (stone ≥ 4 mm),residual rate (stone ≥ 4 mm) and use rate of analgesics between groups.Conclusion:The Paishi decoction plus holmium laser lithotripsy underflexible ureteroscope on renal calculus can improve the rate of lithotripsy,shorten the time of lithotripsy,reduce physical pain,and has better clinical application value.
