负压封闭引流联合中药扶正祛邪法治疗多重耐药大肠埃希菌感染所致肛周脓肿

Treating perianal abscess from multi-drug resistant Escherichia coli infection by VSD plus the Fuzheng Quxie therapy

目的:探讨肛周脓肿负压封闭引流技术(Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD)配合扶正祛邪中药与传统手术联合抗生素治疗多重耐药的大肠埃希菌的肛周脓肿临床疗效及预后影响差异。方法:选取160例由多重耐药大肠希菌所致肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,根据其治疗意愿分成治疗组(80例)和观察组(80例)。治疗组采用VSD联合中药扶正祛邪方法加减方案治疗,观察组采用肛周脓肿切除术配合抗生素方案治疗。对比两组患者感染控制时间、创口愈合时间、总住院时间等治疗指标差异。结果:①两组患者在感染控制时间及总住院时间等指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②两组患者在创面愈合时间对比上有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:以VSD技术联合中药扶正祛邪方法治疗多重耐药的大肠埃希菌感染所致的肛周脓肿疗效确切,可以加速创面愈合,减少抗生素使用,减少耐药菌株产生,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of vacuum sealing drainage plus the Fuzheng Quxie (扶正祛邪) medicine on perianal abscess from multi-drug resistant Escherichia coli infection.Methods:160 patients were divided into the treatment group and observation group.The treatment group was treated by VSD plus the Fuzheng Quxie therapy;the observation group was treated by resection of perianal abscess plus antibiotics.Results:There was no significant difference in the control time and total length of stay between groups (P>0.05).There was a significant differences in the time of wound healing between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:VSD plus the Fuzheng Quxie medicine on perianal abscess from multi-drug resistant Escherichia coli infection shows a exact effect,can accelerate wound healing, reduce the use of antibiotics,reduce the emergence of resistant strains,is worthy of clinical promotion.
