双黄连注射液的不良反应调查结果分析

An analysis of investigation results of adverse reactions from the Shuanghuanglian injection

目的:分析双黄连注射液的不良反应调查结果。方法:选取我院采用双黄连注射液后出现不良反应的患者83例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,整理并分析不良反应的发生时间及类型。结果:本组双黄连注射液不良反应患者83例,其中妇科疾病患者1例,泌尿系统疾病患者2例,呼吸系统疾病患者80例。其中联合喹诺酮类药物患者4例,氨基糖苷类药物患者6例,大环内酯类药物患者13例,头孢菌类药物患者38例,青霉素类药物患者22例。其中不良反应发生时间<5mins患者4例,5~30mins患者36例,31~60mins患者23例,60mins^1天患者9例,1~3天患者7例,>3天患者4例。其中过敏性休克患者1例,呼吸困难患者4例,腹泻腹痛患者3例,恶心呕吐患者18例,心悸胸闷患者13例,皮炎患者12例,皮疹患者22例,其他患者10例。结论:双黄连注射液引发的不良反应以恶心呕吐和皮疹为主,并且和联合用药相关,需要特别注意。

Objective:To analyze investigation results of adverse reactions from the Shuanghuanglian injection (双黄连注射液). Methods:Eighty-three patients with adverse reactions from the Shuanghuanglian injection were selected in our hospital.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the time and type of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:There were one case of gynecological diseases,two cases of urinary system diseases,and 80 cases of respiratory diseases.There were 4 patients with quinolones,6 patients with aminoglycosides,13 patients with macrolides,38 patients with cephalosporins,and 22 patients with penicillins.4 patients with adverse reaction time <5 minutes,36 patients with 5 to 30 minutes,23 patients with 31 to 60 minutes,9 patients with 60 minutes to 1 day,7 patients with 1-3 days,and 3 patients with >3 days example.There were 1 case of anaphylactic shock,4 cases of dyspnea,3 cases of diarrhea and abdominal pain,18 cases of nausea and vomiting,13 cases of palpitations and chest tightness,12 cases of dermatitis,22 cases of rash,and 10 cases of other types.Conclusion:The adverse reactions caused by the Shuanghuanglian injection are mainly nausea and vomiting and rash,and are associated with combination therapy,and special attention is required.
